After having started numerous companies, and advising for dozens of others through his work as a mentor at Silicon Valley's top accelerator programs, Travis has created a playbook to successfully start, scale and sell companies of all types and across any industry. He's gotten his companies on the Inc 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in America, he's been featured in Forbes and dozens of other publications, and has raised over $100m in venture capital.

    As a doctoral candidate in marketing, Travis teaches tactics ranging from behavioral psychology categorization, to hiring and culture creation, to viral loops and network effects, and more.     An internationally experienced founder, consulting partner at PwC, and consulting executive at Cisco, Richard has successfully grown businesses and led and delivered highly complex multi-year digital transformation programs for global companies around the world.

    As co-founder of PwC's US Communications Industry consulting practice, Richard was instrumental in growing the practice to $200M in three years. He also co-founded PwC's US Market & Customer Management consulting practice, which grew to over $100M in three years. Moving to Hong Kong, Richard founded PwC's Asia Pacific Market & Customer Management consulting practice, which reached $53 million in two years.
